agriculture. She holds an MSc in Biodiversity Management and Research from University of Namibia and is an alumni of the African Conservation Leadership Network. She has more than 17 years of experience in sustainable tourism, environmental consulting and community-based conservation practice. She joined IRDNC in 2013 as the Operations Manager for IRDNC Kunene. Basilia is responsible for management, project proposals, implementation and outcomes reporting for IRDNC’s work in the Kunene Region. She is currently working towards an MBA with the
African Leadership University in Rwanda.
